description
Luminaire for use in a lighting arrangement 5
Technical area
The present invention relates to a luminaire for use in a lighting arrangement and a lighting arrangement.
Background of the invention
In contrast to permanently installed luminaires, it is known in the case of luminaires having a radiator to hold the latter by a holding device, wherein a joint is arranged between a base part and the holding device. The joint is a clamping device to the locking assigned so that a clamping force is sufficient to lock the spotlight in a 20-set position. Depending on the size of the existing clamping force, it is possible with such a clamping device to adjust the radiator by manually overpressing the clamping force of the clamping device. However, accurate positioning of the luminaire is difficult to achieve with such a clamping device.
Furthermore, it is known to provide a mechanism according to which a user receives an acoustic feedback when adjusting the lamp. This can be achieved, for example, by providing a leaf spring engaging in a toothing, so that when the lamp is moved, the leaf spring strikes against the toothing and thus gives the user an acoustic feedback. However, this arrangement has the disadvantage that due to a different voltage 35 on respective sides of the leaf spring in the adjustment of the lamp or the abutment of the leaf spring against the teeth each generates a different acoustic signal ül 2! Prirrt0d; 28-03 * 2 (^ 3 NO ^ 013/50213 / gives the user the impression of a low-quality product.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION 5
Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved luminaire for use in a lighting arrangement as well as an associated lighting arrangement, which enables an exact adjustment of the light-emitting elements with improved acoustic feedback to the user.
This object is achieved by a luminaire with the features of claim 1. Furthermore, the on-15 gäbe is achieved by a lighting arrangement with the features of claim 10.
The invention provides a luminaire with a housing, a base part connected to the housing and a device 20 for pivotally adjusting the housing. The base part has at least one toothing with a plurality of teeth. The means for pivotally adjusting the housing includes at least one acted upon by a spring force engagement element, which is in engagement with the teeth in 25. The toothing and the engagement element are in particular designed to generate an acoustic or haptic adjustment feedback in the event of the respective engagement of the housing caused by the respective engagement of the at least one engagement element between teeth of the toothing. 30 For the user, the audible or haptic adjustment feedback thus enables a better metering of the adjustment. Furthermore, a subjective impression of the user regarding the quality of the product 35 is improved. - 3 - - 3 - NÖ2Ö13 / 50213
Nrited: 28-03-2013
Preferably, it is provided that the toothing and the engagement element are designed to generate a sound vibration of a respective identical frequency and amplitude range when the housing is engaged by respective engagement of the at least one engagement element between teeth of the toothing. By providing the engagement element acted upon by a spring force, a sound oscillation of a respectively equal frequency and amplitude range can thus be achieved with a respective engagement of the engagement element between the respective teeth of the toothing.
It is advantageously provided that the toothing and the engagement element are designed to generate a vibration between the teeth of the toothing when the housing is engaged by the respective latching of the at least one engagement element, which oscillation is transferable to the housing. By transmitting the vibration to the housing, the vibration can be amplified, whereby it is better perceived by a user. By reinforcing the. Vibration is thus amplified the sound vibration, which leads to a better audibility of the engagement of the engagement element between respective teeth of the toothing.
According to an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that at least one joint is arranged between the device for the pivotable adjustment of the housing and the base part. The provision of the hinge allows the adjustability of the means for pivotally displacing the housing relative to the base portion connected to the housing.
It is advantageously provided that the at least one joint has at least one device for setting an adjusting force of the device for pivotably adjusting the housing. Thus, the adjustment of the holding device can be adjusted according to individual requirements.
It is preferably provided that the means for adjusting the adjustment force of the device for pivotably adjusting the housing has a fastening means and a washer, wherein the fastening means for pressing the washer is formed with a predeterminable pressure against the base part. The friction generated between the washer 10 and the base part is thus directly proportional to the required adjusting force of the holding device.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the engagement element is formed by a ball pressure 15 pieces. The ball pressure piece is able, depending on the size in a position to fill a gap between the teeth of each tooth.
It is advantageously provided that the device 20 for pivotally adjusting the housing from at least 90 ° is pivotable from a starting position in respective directions of a pivot axis. In the case of a ceiling mounting of the lamp in a suitable lighting arrangement, such as a rail system, thus a pivotability of the luminaire of a total of 180 °, i. the maximum illuminable area, guaranteed.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the base part at end portions of the toothing 30 each having a stop element. Thus, a precise pivoting range of the lamp can be defined, and a bumping on a ceiling or mounting rail of the lighting arrangement can be prevented. 35 28-03-2013 [Ε0Ϊ4 [10 ^ 13/50213 - 5 -

Alternatively, a stepless intermediate position may also be possible. 5 The lamp, in particular the base part 16 and the device 18 for pivotally adjusting the housing 12 are formed such that the vibration generated on the housing 12 is transferable. The vibration generated at each engagement of the engagement elements 19A, 19B between respective teeth of the payloads 17A, 17B has a respective same frequency and amplitude range. The generated noise is therefore subjectively the same to the user every time the ball pressers engage between the teeth of the teeth 17A, 17B. 15
The lamp 10 is further configured such that the vibration generated between the respective teeth of the toothing 17A, 17B when engaging the engagement elements 19A, 19B is transferable to the housing 12 so that the engagement by the user 20 can be determined haptically. The housing 12 is thus vibrated so that the vibration during adjustment of the radiator by the user and thus touching the housing 12 is noticeable. In the preferred embodiment, the teeth 17A, 17B and that in engagement with the teeth 17A, 17B are engaged
Engagement element 19A, 19B each formed twice. This may, for example, increase the stability of the luminaire 10 and increase noise when the catch element 19A, 19B engages between respective teeth of the teeth 17A, 17B. Alternatively, however, the luminaire 10 may also be configured to have only teeth and a meshing engagement member engaged therewith.
FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the first vertical holding portion 18A according to the preferred embodiment. The engaging member 19A of the first vertical holding portion 18B is disposed at a home position P. In this case, the engagement element 19A is positioned relative to the toothing 17A such that the device 18 for pivotally displacing the housing 12 or the first engagement element 19A attached to the device 18 for pivotally displacing the housing 12 in each direction along the pivot axis S 90 ° is pivotable. At end portions of the toothing 17A, a stopper 25A is formed respectively. 15
The washer 24A is round in the preferred embodiment and the fastener 23A is in the form of a threaded bolt with a hex screw head. Alternatively, the shape of the fastening means 23A and the washer 24A may be different.
FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of the first vertical holding section 18B together with the toothing 17A formed on the first vertical section 16A according to the preferred exemplary embodiment. The threaded fastener fastener 23A is formed through respective through holes of the first vertical portion 16A of the base portion 16 and the first vertical retaining portion 18B of the housing 18 for pivotally displacing the housing 12. The threaded screw has an unillustrated external thread, which is in engagement with an internal thread of the first vertical portion 16 A of the base part 16. This can
When the threaded sprocket is tightened by the plastic washer disposed between the threaded screw and the first vertical portion 16A of the base member 16, a predeterminable pressure is built up against the first vertical portion 16A of the base member 16 and thus a restoring force of the not shown means for pivotally adjusting the housing can be increased.
FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the luminaire 10 for use in a lighting arrangement 5 according to the preferred exemplary embodiment. According to Figure 4, the lamp 10 is shown in an assembled state. The engagement member 19A of the first vertical support portion 18B is again shown in a home position. Furthermore, the fastening of the base part 16 to the housing 12 is shown.
